What is a CCRC?

A continuing care retirement community (CCRC) is a residential community designed for active, independent adults age 6o and up. A CCRC offers apartments and cottages with a variety of floor plans. Residents enjoy a "no worries' lifestyle with services such as home maintenance, housekeeping, meals, and lawn care. More importantly, a CCRC offers its residents peace of mind knowing that, as their needs change, progressive levels of on-site healthcare are available from assisted living to skilled nursing care.

William Hill Manor offers a Type B, modified service contract. This type of contract includes independent housing and residential services and also includes a limited number of skilled nursing or assisted living days (60) during the contract term.
